Mankial sells well-made everyday goods to customers across the United Kingdom, through Amazon, eBay and this site. We build our own range, and we partner with brands that care how their products are sold.

- Selected brands sold as an authorised UK retailer. Accurate listings, approved imagery, and stock bought from the brand or its appointed distributor, never the grey market.

- Goods held in the United Kingdom, dispatched tracked within one working day, with customer service answered by the people who run the company.
How we sell
Listings are accurate. Titles, images and specifications match the product in the box. When we find a mistake we fix it the same day.
Pricing is sustainable. We do not lead a race to the bottom. A product sold cheaply and badly damages the brand, the shelf it sits on, and us.
Problems get answered. Every message receives a reply from a person within one working day. Returns are accepted within 30 days without argument.
The books are kept. Mankial is a registered company that files accounts, pays its taxes and knows where every unit of stock came from.
The story
Mankial began with a small frustration. Most of what we buy online now arrives from a listing with no name behind it. The product is fine or it is not, and nobody is answerable either way.
We wanted to build the kind of retailer we would buy from ourselves. One that chooses a small number of things carefully, uses them before selling them, prices them fairly and answers when something goes wrong. A house, in the old sense of the word, where the name on the door means something.
Mankial is a made word. We chose it because it was short, unclaimed and carried no history, which means its reputation is ours to earn. We intend to earn it one order at a time.
